Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for purchasing a Meg Buddy from Venice Meg Club! We’re committed to providing high-quality products to assist you in measuring megalodon shark teeth accurately. Please review our return policy below:

1. Returns: We accept returns for Meg Buddy purchases within 30 days of the original purchase date. If you are unsatisfied with your Meg Buddy for any reason, you may return it for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Condition of Item: To be eligible for a return, the Meg Buddy must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Any Meg Buddy that is damaged or not in its original condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of the original purchase date to request a return authorization (RA) number. You will be responsible for shipping the Meg Buddy back to us at your own expense, along with the RA number clearly marked on the package.

4. Refunds: Once we receive your returned Meg Buddy and verify its eligibility for a refund, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 3 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your Meg Buddy for a different product or size, please indicate your preference when requesting the RA number. Exchanges will be subject to availability, and any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.

6. Damaged or Defective Items: If your Meg Buddy arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund. We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect to process your request.

7. Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized Meg Buddy products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

8. Final Sale Items: Clearance or final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

9. Exceptions: Returns requested after 30 days of the original purchase date may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to a restocking fee.

10. Policy Changes: Venice Meg Club reserves the right to modify or update this return policy at any time without prior notice.
